Data Deletion Request

Users of the ZMC mobile app can request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

Data that will be deleted includes:
  • Account information (name, profile details)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Order history and records
⏱ Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 to 30 business days. You will be notified at your registered email once the process is complete.
